Even though yesterday was not officially a workout with the Brandon, I am sore all over. I just don't understand how I could let myself get this bad off when a 5 minute test hurts my body. Ugh.
I know that this is the beginning of my journey and that things will vastly improve but today I feel like such a loser. :-(
