Higher than when I started on FS, but I know it's part muscle gain and part salty food. I can fit into pants a size smaller, so I'm still feeling good about my progress even if the scales don't agree.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
