No real surprises... I haven't been good! Oh well, back on track now.
188.1 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 5.4 lb a week

I know its hard. I have decided that this time (dieting), I am going to set small goals. Right now I just want to weigh 199 and I am only 6lbs away so even if it takes me a month I will lose those 6 lbs. Then once I have reached that goal then I will set another.
