Very good workout today. 45 minute walk at 4.0 and incline 1450 feet total. cals. burned 825. maintaining a good steady eating schedule. protein shake after morning workout nice salad filled with some kind of protein at 12-1p healthy snack either fruit or nuts. tonight i had fiber one cereal for diner. i'll eat a protein bar and 1/2 cup of non fat no sugar frozen yogurt for evening snack. Sunday night i started doing the wii fit workout as my evening workout.
