Yeh, I CAN DO THIS!!!!I have followed my 2 challenges to a T and yes that is capital T....2 days in a row...menu made out for tommorrow. Exercise works best in the am right out of bed. And have been drinking over 64 oz water (which is very hard for me) and only 1 caffenine and sugar free pop. Yeh, only 3 more things I HAVE to eat today. I weigh myself at work so can't do that till Thursday morning. Hopefully it will be paying off. Good luck to all!!
