Ugh! One of my staff members brought in donuts...and yes I had one! I'm not going to let it ruin my day. Normally, I would just give up for the day after going off track. Not this time, I'm simply going to continue on and do the best I can for the rest of the day!

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 July 2010:
1437 kcal Fat: 50.47g | Prot: 77.95g | Carb: 162.38g.   Breakfast: chocolate twist donut, nonfat milk, Original Non-Dairy Creamer, Nutritional Shake Mix - French Vanilla, coffee. Lunch: mcdonalds parfait, mcdonalds sausage mcmuffin, mcdonalds hash brown. Dinner: green beans canned, chicken breast. more...

Bad staff member! Lol just kidding. Hey if it's going to be something that lasts a lifetime you've got to indulge once in awhile. Just drink lots of water and eat healthy the rest of the day. :)

That's the spirit. Never let one not-so-fabulous choice get you down. Nobody is perfect. Just work it into your plan and all will be well!

We all fall off the wagon from time to time; that's what makes life interesting and us stronger. Just brush ur butt off and get back on track. Proud of you that you did not decide to just continue off track for the rest of the day. I use to be of that mentality where I just go all NUTS when I "fall off". I thought "well since I have already ruined this meal might as well I just enjoy the rest of the day", lol. That was some crazy thinking! Whew, thank God my thoughts have changed, lol. Keep up the good work.
