technically, I am 10 lbs down from the ridiculous number I saw at urgent care 2 weeks ago. I never weighed in on that one because I didn't see it as accurate and it was sort of my wake up call considering my blood pressure was through the roof too. Anyway, since conscious dieting for a week, I've lost 6 lbs. I guess it's an ok start. This whole new blood pressure thing has me worried though. Gonna make an appointment and see whats going on.
