My biggest struggle it not sitting down and writing down what I eat. I cook for my family and I eat what they do to keep from spending so much time in kitchen. My husband is just opposite me, he has to have sugar. I can't have it. MY exercise is my biggest thing right now. To get going is like not going to happen. I need someone that wants someone to walk with or exercise with. That has the same struggles as me. needs to be healthier and enjoy what exercise We do. I make about three weeks and then give up. boredom no one to encourage me on. last words is: I can do all things through Christ Whom strengths me.1-16-13
