Morning workout was good until I had to cut it short. House emergency. However, i did get my 45 min. walk in. started at a 6.5 incline and went up every 10 minutes. 6.5 then 9.0 then 12.0 and last 5 inutes was at 15.0 800 plus on the cal. burned. 30 minutes on the wii. wii fit plus workout instead of jumping jacks.
