friday jan. 25,2013 9 pm Not doing very well eating healthy or exercising. I have been really busy taking care of my husband. I really need to make it a point to do some exercise at least 2-3 times a week. I go to TOPS every Thursday morning to weigh in. So far this year no red ink on the record, which means no gains. However I missed to meeting this month.Once I was sick,a cold, and then I missed the second time because I went to Mt. Vernon because my daughter had surgery. All in all I eat healthy food but junk food too. I've joined the junk food challange. It starts Monday.
