Weight went up and down over the last 2 days by 2 lbs. Its normal, and is probably water weight. but I expect it to resume a downward trend. In fact I had a my annual physical today and doc said I was down 2 pounds from last year. Told him I was working on my weight. I'm actually down more than 10 pounds from last year because I put a bunch on, and then I have just taken it off. Just had a bad year. I'm on the right track. Primarily I have gotten my unhealthy snacking habits under control again. Clothes are fitting better. I am back to my go to snack of plain popcorn as my filler. No sugar in the coffee, eating breakfast, and not snacking at night. Little changes make big impacts. Walking 2 or more times a day and getting some 10 to 13 mile bike rides in 2 times a week.

The women at work have been forbidden me to talk about my weight loss. Apparently, my ability to just "will" my weight off cooks their grits.
215.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
