I say reasonably well because I did go out of my 1200 calorie a day diet and binged a bit for three days. ok I ate whatever I wanted one day, and ate around 1500 calories the other two days. So that was three days total of not doing my diet...I have been good for four days now staying within my 1200 calories and have been strict doing so. Why in the world did I GAIN 1.8 lbs?!?!?! Fraustrated! I know I shouldnt complain because I did this to myself, and I am small to begin with. I guess I feel like I am still failing because I set a goal and am going backwards now. Just fraustrated with myself. Sorry for venting...sigh...
123.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
