Even PMS'ing, I still managed to get off my ass and work out :)
188.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1460 kcal Fat: 62.76g | Prot: 33.64g | Carb: 211.49g.   Breakfast: sugar, vanilla creamer, Coffee, scrambled eggs, butter, apple cinnamon pancake. Lunch: honey, wheat bread, peanut butter. Dinner: carrots, Pepper Jack Cheese, italian salad dressing. Snacks/Other: CHEETOS, SNICKERS MINI, Twix Minis, Oranges, banana. more...
losing 1.2 lb a week
