Monday, again. I weighed myself, and I have two weeks to lose 2 pounds to keep to my schedule. It's still hot and muggy out, so I won't be doing any cardio, but that core workout DVD is calling me again, so I think I'll work on that for the next few months. At least until the hot and muggy weather goes away.
And I think I will buy those bellydancind DVD's. More core movement.
