got discouraged & off-track for a couple days, but I'm back on it now!! :) Realized just how much water weight I retain after eating foods high in sodium, so I'm not planning on doing that again.
259.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
