It's amazing how much better you feel when you don't start your day eating four donuts (ahem ahem 2 days ago me - you should have known better).
Busy day yesterday - work at 6:45 am until 5:00 (my puppy wasn't too happy about that, poor guy - fortunately that almost never happens) - walk and fed him, workout for myself and then on to Geeks who Drink with friends and this morning back at work at 6:45 (but I'm leaving earlier today...I am, I am).
I think Thursdays are the hardest part of the week, not Mondays. So close to the end, you've already done so much but you're not quite to your recovery/sleep-in days.
But last night's workout felt good.
35 minutes elliptical on level 7/20 70 abs
And the beat goes on :)

Unf they were not the holes - but I don't know what long johns are. Whatever they were, it was bad. Donuts are a definite weakness I have to learn to work through. I've kicked Taco Bell, Cinnabon and soda (well, I re-quit soda about every 6 - 8 months, but I'm currently kicked, so that's good) - so perhaps the next thing to work on is donuts.
