I weighed myself at about:
3p.m. today: 126.4
mood: yay i'm down from about 128ishh :)
6p.m. today: 126.0
mood: yay i lost .4 lbs from sitting around whining
11p.m. today: 127.6
mood: wtf. well i guess it's probably because 1) i just ate like 2 hours ago. 2) i just drank a bunch of water

current goal weight: 125lbs. lets say by... 11p.m. next sunday? so i want to drop 2.4 lbs in a week.. that's not too bad right?

and besides, we're going to the city tomorrow = lots of swimming, running in sand, & beach volleyball. major cardio workout, especially since i'm still gonna go to the gym after we get back.
