I have finally graduated from doing mostly cardio to doing some strength training! I was at the gym today getting ready to do my usual 60 min elliptical session and when I got to the elliptical one of the fitness trainers was wiping down the machines and after a brief conversation I was headed over to start doing the simple strength circuit. It was so very cool since I had intended to start a weight program but didn't really know where to start. I am gonna be sooo sore tomorrow- but it is a good sore.

I am jealous that you can do 60 minutes on the eliptical. Then, to add in Strength Training, you are a rockstar in my book!

Your chart is looking awesome!!! Good work on the work outs!!! I LOVE my elliptical!!! I miss the weight training though. Just so hard to work the gym into my schedule. I use the elliptical at home ... first thing in the am!!

I will be doing strength training 3 times a week- and Cardio 3 x week I don't think I could do 60 minutes on the elliptical then do weights. Today I did 30 elliptical and weights. I think I'll stick to that for now

YAY!!! that's what I typically do!!! 30 ( well 40 with warm up and cool down) on the elliptical ..and 30 with the weights!! If i am super strapped for time.. I just do a 30 minute circuit trainer!! With that being said...I guess i actually NEED to get to the gym today!! it's been several days!! UGH!! Enjoy your weekend!!
