A co-worker sent this to me today:

eat less crap:

c – carbonated drinks
r – refined sugars
a – artificial sweeteners/colors
p – processed food

eat more food:

f – fruit and veggies
o – organic lean protein
o – mega 3 fatty acids
d – drink water

On a lighter note:

Weatherman mentioned the "S" word! Unlikely, I know but makes me wonder, "How many calories does shovelling or otherwise playing in the snow burn?" LOL
