I am eating late at night. Right before bed. I know that I can attribute it to stress, but really, I should be watching what I am eating at that time at night, reognize the signs and then avoid all pitfalls....it is so hard though! It really is especially when going through what I am going through right now. Work is busy. I am really busy as well. I can't keep up! I have been doing a pattern of working out every other day and now that I am sick, I haven't been working out nearly as much! GROAN....I am trying though...too much on my plate. Someone made a comment about my daughter taking pictures and scrapbooking with her...that was nice, but I just simply do not have the time. I hate that part. I feel like I am neglecting my kids as well....
