Ok. Let's see. I didn't mean to start my diet over, but it did at 163. I started at 174. Stayed on Simeon's for about 3 weeks to kick me in the tushy, and now avoiding sugar and flour and trying to stay between 1000 and 1200 calories. Started "sekaresh's own diet" officially when I went home on July 7 for a visit. Just wanted to get that recorded.
