weight stayed on after each of my children. three in all. I gained over 50 pounds at each pregnancy. I never lost most of it.At age 40 I found out I had diabetes. I have struggled since as to amounts to eat and exercise. I don't stick with it long term. I get one taste of sweets and I am like any addict I will fight for it until I feel sick knowing full well my sugar is sky rocketed. I hope to look back at this posting and say its all gone. I have control now.
