Same weight as yesterday, however, I was a hit constipated this morning, so maybe actually a loss? LOL. I did some cardio yesterday. I have been under my calorie goal every day this month, which seems like an accomplishment
214.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
