We'll see if this can help me keep on track. I have gained and lost weight so many times I've lost count. My highest weight loss came 14 years ago. I started at 361 lbs and got down to 235 lbs a loss of 126 lbs over about a years time. I wanted to get to 195 but something happened. I don't even remember what now, and started going back up again. I would start too lose again and ultimately go off track again and again. I balloned to 393 lbs about 5 years ago. I started again and got back down to 285 lbs. I went back up to bout 340 lbs and hovered there a while. Two weeks ago I was up to bout 360 lbs. My wife has been on me to lose weight again. She is worried about me as I am getting older now. As of today I'm down to bout 345. Once I get down under 330 lbs I can use the scale at home again instead of a freight scale that I have to use now. I have been on Weight Watchers and even tried an Atkins type diet for about 10 days. I couldn't take it tho. I love my carbs! I'm doing my own diet now. Mostly carbs! Trying to eat a fairly high fiber amount. And just trying to stay between bout 1,800 to 2,000 calories a day. I am dedicating to write in this journal everyday. I am hoping that this well help me stay on track. Especially during the difficult times. I am shooting for 215 lbs this time. I was prob in like 7th or 8th grade the last time I saw that number. Any encouraging words would be highly appreciated.
