Spent the last week at the parents and did not watch what I ate AT ALL. Thus the 1.5 pound increase. But the visit did inspire me to get back on track. We'll see how that goes...
159.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
