I had some kind of fruit cocktail mixture at a birthday celebration today that I don't know how to record exactly. I had less than 1/2 cup, it had blue berries, strawberries (with added sugar) pinapples, peaches and coconut shavings and a bit of yogurt. They were serving it with cake, I did not have the cake. It's hard to pass up fresh fruit however.
I had my eggs right after I had that so it helped to buffer the sugar from hitting my system all at once.
I didn't eat my oatmeal today because I had those carbs. I have to guess at what damage I did so I'll look up some fruit cocktails and see if I can get close to what I ate today.
