Well it's been a long week. I have been ripping out Linoleum out of my kitchen and that goes along with the tedious job of removing the backing. If anyone has ever had to do this they will understand. What a job! We got the new floor down and I LOVE it!!! I had nasty white linoleum that looked dirty all the time and now I have a new material down that looks like wood!!

Unfortunately after the late night we ended up eating at Dairy Queen for supper! OOPS!!

Then, without getting into too much description, I thought I was getting a UTI or a yeast infection and there was a lump involved that was painful. I ended up in the ER last night with hubby and am now on a heavy duty antibiotic and the Dr. wasn't sure what exactly it was. She wanted my back in if it got worse and I need to see the gyno this week. UGGG!!! I have NEVER had any issues like that so it was scary!!

We have a picnic today of course and I am trying to come up with some WW friendly items to take. Thankfully there are others in my family that bring WW friendly dishes too. That sure helps.
