I am doing well with the gym, getting there 3-4 days per week of legit weight/cross training. The main thing I need to focus on is a healthier diet. I really can't fall into the special occasion trap. IE it is not a special occasion because I need to study or because I worked a night shift. I almost signed up for weight watchers today, but I realized it wouldn't be that useful for me because I know everything that WW would tell me already, I just need to do it. But it's not like I would go to meetings anyways so no point in signing up for the online thing when I know all that info already.

Goals for this week:
- drink a big glass of water before every meal
- no cookies/chocolate/cake for dessert
- I will also try to be more cognizant of my calorie counting. Keep it under 2000 per day will be the goal. I think I will bring my scale to weight things to keep a better degree of accuracy.
