I feel really good about last week dropping 4 lbs makes me very happy. 3 more weeks and hopefully another 10 lbs. This is my first time really trying to do a challenge. I know I haven't been perfect, but the weight loss makes me want to try harder so hopefully more will follow.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
