It's really difficult to resist the temptation of night time eating. The more I resist, the more I want it. Just now I scarfed down three hot dogs because I could taste it on my tongue. That's how much I obsessed. My reasoning is that was the end of the package so I don't have to worry about it anymore. However, how am I to guess if wife will come home with more some time soon? I worry that I'll overwhelm myself and begin put it out of my mind. I want to talk about it to my wife so much, but her way of coping is to not talk about it as it stresses her out. I'm currently researching recipes featuring food that wife likes to encourage her better.

My friend's birthday is tomorrow. She and her son are heavy eaters and I'm worried that I will binge on the food she will bring by. I don't want to restrict myself too much, but I have to be mindful of how much I eat and be sure to record it so I can at least know what I'm consuming.

I'm currently researching recipes featuring food that wife likes to encourage her better. Her pounds for health clinic suggested she amp up the protein in her diet to over 100g to feel fuller. I hope whatever I do makes her happy.
