Eating breakfast for lunch sure makes the day's carb counts look good at noon!

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 January 2013:

ha ha! Yes it does. Evening is my 'mouth hungry' time, whether my stomach is hungry or not, so I try to keep breakfast and lunch to 5 carbs each so that I still have half to use up in the evening. I love my after dinner dessert.
