Couldn't sllep last night; felt hungry. Guess I had dinner too early. I decided to have a light snack, but the freeze-dried apples didn't do the job, so I popped a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. It felt decadent, eating popcorn in bed. I slept like a log not long after I flossed & brushed. I had a lot of weird dreams, though, with guilt a main theme, ick! My conscience says "no eating in bed" whiles my stomach said "FEED ME". At least my stomach isn't a carnivorous alien plant & can be tamed, lol.

There's a freezing fog out this morning and my car has a fine coat of ice over it. I'm contemplating staying home and exercising with my new Zumba Wii Core game. I tried a couple of songs last night & unlocked a video of my instructor Gina; it was cool seeing her filming the song I just did. The game has avatars of the dancers, so she had on this coverall with sensors that record her moves all over her body. It was cool to see how it was done, and by someone I see on Wednesdays.

I'm thinking about making some North African Chickpea Stew, with the red pepper flakes to give it heat. I have all the ingredients & it sounds really good to me, the mixture of savory/sweet /hot, yum! I can freeze some of yesterday's casserole (with warning HOT on lid).

I think it's a morning for cocoa powder whisked into my coffee. 26 degrees out with thick fog; brrrrr!

Dang - too cold! It's sunny and 62 here today ~ loving it. Think I'll take my furbaby for a walk when I close the store. I don't eat in bed anymore but I do have 4 'Halls Vit C' losenges a night - I would hate to read somewhere that's a bad thing but I consider it my 'sugarless candy' (although there's sugar) and it's only a few more cals than sugarless candy but with a vitamin. I nearly had popcorn last night as I played Monopoly with the grandsons but had hummus & low carb tortilla instead because the popcorn is the 'butter lover' line. I still had a weird dream though, too. I dreamed MH could walk again but lost all our money in Vegas ... hmmm... :-) Your stew sounds great!

Bella, you crack me up! My 'mocha' this morning was awesome; added a pinch of cinnamon. & cayenne pepper. Fired me up! I cleaned house & did 68 minutes of Wii Zumba Core. Partying my abs off, like it says on the box the game came in. Weighed myself on the Wii fit game, & had lost 1.8 pounds since the last time I weighed on it, like 54 days ago. The thing is positively sarcastic when it tells you stuff like that. It called me Beau. Yes, I weigh my cat on my Wii. He hid when I weighed in; maybe he's packed on some winter weight, Hee Hee.
