I came home from work today and Tim said that he didn't take anything out for dinner. He then proceeded that he wanted to go to KFC to their buffett and asked if that would be ok????????????? I said ok and then came over to the computer and looked up calories to see what I could eat, remarkably I could eat there and did ok....... I am planning on going to the gym tomorrow since I don't have to work!
