Today was a weird day everyone.getting up and going in all directions. Had breakfast before i though about it. No weigh in today. Also had to rethink my blood sugar timing. My doctor wants it 1 time a day before breakfask. Oops. Oh well 1 day of after breakfast and before lunch will be alright. Will try again tomorrow. The best I can do.
