Down again in weight today, I still think it's all water weight since I doubt that simple cardio alone is doing this much. I'll take the "fake" weight loss though if it keeps the motivation up - which it DID help me go to the gym this morning. Four mornings in a row is some kind of record for me, considering that my ass is pretty much usually planted on my couch.

I need to run out to Trader Joe's to pick up some groceries but I really really want to make sure I'm not hungry before I go to the store because that's when I get all these ideas to buy chocolate or whatever. Most of the stuff there is healthy but I really need to be careful what I actually bring into the house. I spent the last three months eating ridiculous amounts of ice cream and got so off-track it's not funny.

Anyway, off I go.
