I am now ready again. What I like about this site is that I am not the only one who keeps trying. I feel better exercising. I am looking forward to wearing the same size, all of the time. I want to be able to go into a store and pick something off the rack and try it on and have it look good. The hardest part in this will be learning how to eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones. I know when I eat a big dinner i am so full i am uncomfortable. so, my goal is 30 lbs. I know it will be difficult but I think I can do it this time. I've been through hell and if I can make it through that stuff I can do this. I am hoping that when I go to Scotland I can buy a great sheep skin coat or jacket. so I am going to work at this.
