Ok, so I did weigh in Monday morning. 133. omg. I wasn't that shocked, but disappointed in myself that I had allowed myself to get back to where I originally was over a year ago. Anyway, I know I wasn't suppose to weigh in until after the 9 days but I couldn't help myself. sometimes you just want to see that what you are doing is working. So this is what I have been doing.
Eating only fruits and veggies, blackbean soup, 8oz v8 fusion mixed with frozen fruit. I have been drinking a detox tea twice daily to help regulate my movement if you know what I mean. I've also worked out (cardio) for at least 30 minutes both days.
So the news is 129 this am.

I am motivated and excited to see what I can accomplish over the next 7 days. For me the first 3 are always tough. I always feel sluggish. Once I pass the three day mark it seems my energy increases. So after day I will increase my workout time.
I read an article in First Magazine about doing yoga in a hot room and it will assist in melting away the cellulite. I think I am going to try to incorporate this in my regime.
About my weight history I am not going to record it again until I reach the 125 mark.
