Tried microwaved mug eggs for the first time ... not bad. Next time I would cook them for 30 seconds less and give them a bit longer to cool down. Mug eggs are with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. I also had a Trader Joe’s British Muffin w/butter.
