just started on this thing. I haven't really started eating better today, just found this site this evening. My friend Ana, was here this weekend who lost about 90 pounds in the last couple years and has kept it off with a huge lifestyle/diet change and running...ALOT. I do not want to be as extreme as i do not want it to take over my life an effect my social fun, but i do want to lose a few ponds and stay on top of what i eat and REALLY need to add REGULAR exercise back into my life. I need to stop being cheap and do what I came to love in college, Pilates... its just sooo expensive, ugh.
