This is a piggyback post from my journal in the Challenge! It appears a few of us ladies are going thru the same thing straddling the same number on the scale the past week.. Numbers just bouncing around and it is driving me bananas!!
Repost from 1/14:: Weighed in today for the beginning of this NEW CHALLENGE! I'm at 182.4.. Last Monday I begin at 181.. few days later there was an increase, weighed in on thurs or friday it was 184.. saturday went down to 183 and today 182.4.. Just glad that it went back down..

Going to continue to hang in there, not lose sight/focus.. but I have to admit I am a little bummed out! Getting so close to 180-179 and just can't hit the number..:( It's very discouraging..I will take my advice I shared and HANG IN THERE! I need to turn this frown upside down...

Will continue on this journey and embrace the support and motivation..

Hang on tight and enjoy the ride!! Life is a roller coaster sometimes and this dang weight loss thing is too. Just keep on keepin' on and I'm sure things will start working themselves back out. You CAN do this!! Make sure you're getting enough carbs??
