Well I knew when I went to the coffee shop today that I was going to go over on calories. Figured my treat would be 400 calories, and I was accepting of that amount, since I've been doing so well. But it was 600!!!!! Not cool. Obviously still working on the calorie estimates. Tried to access the nutritional info on wifi while there but was unsuccessful, so guesstimated. I'll keep working on that I guess.
