Day 9:
“It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.”
I’ve been doing well this past week with making better, healthier choices in my diet. But I need to incorporate an exercise plan into my schedule. My goal this week is to do just that.

What exercise routine are you looking into?

I'm not sure yet. Do you have any suggestions? I have a small gym at my house with a treadmill, ellipitical, & bike in it. I also have a large amount of exercise DVDs. I actually have a lot of exercise equipment at my disposal. I just need to work out a plan to fit in exercise during the day. I can't decide whether I want to do it in the mornings or at night when I get home from work. Neither are ideal, but I need to stop making excuses and get it done.

Personally, I find mornings are better for me. By the time I get off work, I am ready to eat dinner and relax.

Yeah, I am leaning towards mornings. I am going to try to set my alarm an hour early tomorrow and atleast walk on the treadmill for awhile.

And since you do have plenty of exercise equipment at your disposal, you should be able to develop a routine that benefits you.

I want to use Workout Trainer from my phone (http://www.skimble.com/workouts)... but for me the only exercise is walking to the work (4.3 km = ~ 2.7 miles) and after 8 hours of desk work walk back... I wait to see what have you done this week... to motivate me :-) ... cheers
