I am having such a hard time. I'm not hungry, and food planning and even eating just makes me feel ill. I just do not understand it. I am literally nauseous to eat and deal with it. I'm so sick of eating so much, and sick of thinking about food. But I'll never get healthy if I quit. You see I'm one of those people who is overweight because I killed my metabolism. I'm lucky if I eat more that 500 calories a day. I'm just not hungry, nor feel like eating. I wish it were that I just ate too much and could cut things out. Ugh.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

i went through this also...hang in there...it takes a couple/three weeks to get through it totally...and when you do you will be so grateful...eat small amounts even if it is only a couple of bites...train your system now and it will love you forever...
