Did well on cals and learned that fasting before regular dinner time is much harder for me than after. I am on a 16 hour fast until about 1pm today. Still sick today, so probably no workout beyond walking my dog.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
