I want to weigh 175lbs on January 25th 2013. I will only focus on this and eat a healthy diet. RAW< RAW RAW all the way to health. I have been doing a lot of research and it all points in the same direction; Animal protein leads to higher risk of cancer!!!
It is not easy to change my whole life style, I was a very heavy meat eater and now I have cut it down by 99%.

Ah, but meat's such TASTY carcinogens! Veggies are what food eats, not food in their own right.
