I did pretty good until Sunday. I had a blowout. I didn't get to eat until late and that was a really bad idea. My willpower went flush. I counted as many calories as I could find. In other words, my intake is pretty close. I am back on track today. My stomach has been a little upset from the heavy foods yesterday, but that should be a lesson learned.
I got a very pretty swimsuit over the weekend and that will help me keep on track. I don't want to outgrow it. NEXT year at swim season, I want to be shopping in the Misses dept instead of the Women's!
