Surprisingly enough I was at 170.0 this am. I would have guessed a little higher. I am getting more physical activity from working outside but last week I wasn't as careful about food choices as I had been. I still feel really good but I guess I expect to wake up one day and be back over 200. Original goal weight was 175. My plan is to be relatively careful about food choices and set a personal panic point of 173. Still have a good supply of lean cuisine and smart ones in the freezer just in case.
