Here I am at 151 pounds. In high school I weighed 125 and I considered myself fat, that was counterproductive. I am not a big eater and I am gluten and dairy free and don't eat much meat. I eat a healthy diet for the most part and don't do too much munching, so I don't know how to lose weight. I am a member of a gym but I rarely go, maybe I should start there,,,
