Great workout yesterday! I have a lot of stuff to do today so I dunno if I'll have time for a workout today but I will try. Hopefully I can keep da calories down today at least. More time in the day please!!!
197.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
