I'm pleased with my progress. I went out for dinner for my friends birthday and was able to keep within my limit even with small piece of chocolate cake. But still expected to not have lost any weight or just a little. So, nice surprise. I'm more motivated to keep to the program.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
